Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian model and actress. Her most well-known role is being Pepper Steiger on Neighbors, the soap which aired 100 episodes between 2006 until 2007. Two projects brought her to Hollywood in the form of the drama choral Hollywood & Wine starring as an aspiring Hollywood actor. After that, she landed a role as Maya who is a stunning medical student, in Scrubs in the 9th season. After a short time, the show gets cancelled. The next couple of years, the actress will remain involved in an episode of the Farrelly brothers' show Good for filming, starring Jason Sudeiki's Owen Wilson. The year 2013 saw her to be more visible in projects. She was on six of episodes in the show detective Franklin and Bash then landed her first regular role in the web-series Chosen carried with Milo Ventimiglia. Also, she was Chad Michael Murray's answer for the series' first two seasons. Then she played a supporting role in two feature films which focused on planes. The first one was a TV film produced by SyFy's Flight 7500, featuring actors from TV programs. The second film was Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She plays a pilot. The poster she shares is from a new TV series called Matador, together with Gabriel Luna. The season will run for 13 episodes however, the Robert Rodriguez directed thriller where actors portray CIA agents was only made for a brief period of duration. But, she is continuing with the pilot episode of another television series. In 2015, she released posters for the B Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments along with Brian Krause. The following year, she was on Witness for Rent wearing Kevin Hart Josh Gad Kaoco. The speculative Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was extensively distributed. Also, she is featured in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
